I have been blessed to live in the great Pacific Northwest my entire life. There is no better place to live if you love the outdoors and photography. This region is filled with endless beauty offering the photographer a vast variety of scenery and wildlife.

My interest in photography started in the early 1980's when I took photography classes in college while in engineering school. My interest in photography has only grown since.

My specialty is landscape photography with an emphasis on waterfalls. Since I love waterfalls so much, my favorite area to explore is the Columbia River Gorge which offers over 20 named waterfalls and several others. All told, I have photographed hundreds of waterfalls in the Northwest and around the world.

I have been a member of the Portland/Vancouver Photography Meetup Group since 2008 and have been the organizer since 2012.
